How it works – The Process

1. When you have your team of 10 (or more!) people email teri@beachseries.co.nz
2. We will email you a code so each person in your team can enter themselves online at no cost.
3. When everyone has registered let us know and we will send you an invoice for the full amount – less 20% of course!
4. Each person will receive important event information each week directly to their personal email address.
5. After each event we will email you a pdf with everyones race times, series points from the previous event and where each person is ranking within your team – internal competition here we come!!
6. On the event website we will also have a series leaderboard so all teams can see where they’re ranking against other teams and corporate groups.

Terms & Conditions

Team & Corporate entries must be received by Friday 21st October 2016. Payment of your invoice must be received before Tuesday 1st November (day of first event). A $200 + GST admin fee will be incurred if; the full invoice is not paid in one amount, there are less than 10 people in your team or your invoice is not paid by Tuesday 1st November 2016.
