Our Beach Runs take you the full length of the beautiful Milford Beach. Running on sand sure builds leg strength, which makes this distance a great training run for your next 10km or half marathon road race.
If you’re new to running then you’ll soon know that the hardest part of getting motivated is getting out the door. That’s where we come in – you’ll have a weekly commitment that you can’t back out of! Use your weekly timed results to track your progress and as you see those times improve, your motivation will grow with them. The beach runs are run or walk events, so never fear, they suit all ages and abilities, and of course, our crew will be there to cheer you on and get you through that last hundred meters!
We have run distances that cater from the competitive, right down to the first-timer. 16 weeks of racing will see your fitness and confidence soar. Will you step up to a longer distance mid-season?
