We Are Back! Did You Miss Us?

We had an absolute blast at Milford and the Cruising Club but let me tell you – Takapuna is where it’s at to really turn up the atmosphere! 🙌

We’ve got so many exciting upgrades and events lined up for you this year, you’re going to love it. Here’s what you need to know:

🎉 14 Event Series Extravaganza 🎉

Starting October 15th, we’re kicking off with 7 electrifying events before December. Then, we’ll take a short break to recharge over the busy period. Don’t worry, the fun continues on February 11th 2025 with the next 7 events!

This schedule gives us the perfect balance – plenty of action-packed events to keep you entertained, while still allowing a breather during the hectic times. And if mother nature throws us a curveball, we’ve got a few weeks in December as a backup to make sure we don’t miss a beat!

Get ready to experience Takapuna like never before. This is going to be our biggest and most epic year yet! 🔥

New & Upgraded:

We’ve got some AWESOME news to share about our upcoming Harcourts Cooper & Co Takapuna Beach Series! Get ready to feel the rush of adrenaline and soak up the sun like never before!

For our SWIM & SUP events, we’re going back to the classic locations but with a twist – better wind angles and conditions that’ll take your experience to new heights! Prepare for a mind-blowing variety of courses that’ll keep you on your toes. The swimmers will kick things off with the Triangle Course in week 1, followed by the epic L Course in Week 2, and many more surprises along the way. As for the SUPers, your courses might depend on the wind, but we guarantee an unforgettable adventure!

Now, for our Run or Walk Club members, we’ve got a special treat for you! We’ve taken a closer look at your needs and realised that you don’t require all the water safety measures. That’s why we’ve reduced the pricing to make it more aligned with running events. You’re welcome!

Unfortunately, we won’t be hosting the SWIM/RUN event this time around. But don’t worry, we’re focusing all our energy on making our three original events – Swim, SUP, and Run – even more spectacular than ever before!

Swim and SUPers – We want to give you more, that’s why if you sign up for the full season, you will receive a Harcourts Cooper & Co Takapuna Beach Series T-shirt and a 30L waterproof backpack with a value of $140. If you enter a 7 series pass you will get the T-shirt with a value of $45.

Runner will get a run belt and some speed laces valued at $50

Pre-Season Catch Up, Pub Quiz and Registration:

We’re kicking off the new season with a bang! Mark your calendars for October 8th because we’ve got an action-packed day lined up for you.

First up, we’ll be holding our registration event (Rego) on October 8th from 10:30am – 4pm at Shoe Science in Takapuna, pop along and collect your pack including your timing chip.

But that’s not all! After rego, we’re heading over to the Milford Cruising Club (YES, that’s right, this is not a typo, it’s a great venue) from 5pm – 6.20pm for a quick meet-and-greet session. This is the perfect opportunity to catch up with your fellow beach goers and get hyped for the new season.

The fun doesn’t stop there! At 6:30pm we’re bringing back the legendary Pre-Season Pub Quiz at the Milford Cruising Club. Get ready to flex those brain muscles and reconnect with old friends over some friendly competition and refreshments. Watch out for emails closer to the time and ensure you have booked your team table!!

This is going to be an absolute blast, and we can’t wait to see you all there! Let’s make this season one for the books!
